Some of the most prosperous men and women lived in this time. Throughout the 1960's this men and women fought for what they believed in and tried willingly to do whatever it took to make their statements heard. For example, Bob Marley, John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King Jr., and Rosa Parks. For these people times were tough and out of hand, but they fought through every obstacle that was put before them. Another specific event that took place during this Era was the Vietnam War where a lot of our men lost their lives fighting for there countrymen.
